  No bedside manner, my mother has dementia and he was talking to her as if she was developmental delayed and yelling. I never told him she was hard of hearing not is she a special needs/ developmentally delayed patient. I had to speak to him afterwards about his tone and manner. Very disrespectful to elderly patients, if I weren't there to witness this behavior he would have continued. Anyone with an elderly family member please be their advocate and advocate for them.
