  I am a "hot sauce" fanatic. I grow my own peppers and make my own recipe. Last year I acquired African Bird chili's from doing some work for the chain in Atlanta. Today was the first time I have gotten to eat at one. It was phenomenal. This is the best flipping grilled bird not made on my own grill. The staff was awesome, and liked hearing that I make a Pili-pili sauce from my bird chili's. Will have lunch there tomorrow.

  I expected a sit-down restaurant (based on surrounding establishments) - you order at the counter with the option of getting a table with the benefit of pretty reasonable prices. The chicken is THE reason to go here. It is well seasoned and tender. I tried the medium sauce that made me want to try to hot. Highly recommend.
